My name is Kimberly, and I’m a Hearing Instrument Specialist. My biggest passion is helping those in need and my ultimate goal is to help provide our patients with a better quality of life. I am glad to have found a company that aligns their vision with mine. I am currently in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist which will expand my knowledge and experience in the field to provide exceptional service to those in need of hearing aids. Being bilingual gives me an advantage to better help and understand people in our community. I welcome anyone to our office so we can start taking care of you today!

Angela Ann Reyna joined the New Sound Hearing Aid Centers Family in March of 2025. With over 15 years of customer service experience, Angela often adapts her style to different customer needs to help build trust. In essence, her customer service approach is centered around creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Outside of the hearing world, Angela enjoys being involved with her daughters and their activities; She is actively involved with the community and volunteers some of her time with the boys and girls club of America. She coaches Volleyball and coed Flag football to help support her daughters’ activities.
